A small fee on every cover feels harmless until you add up a busy month. Every booking you take through your own website and booking page with Orbis Table costs nothing extra, whether you seat fifty covers this week or five hundred.
The only usage-based costs are optional: SMS messages from 5p and 2.5% + 20p on card deposits through Stripe.

Own the guest relationship
When guests book directly, their details, allergies, visit history and marketing consent belong to your venue. Use them to recognise regulars, send reminders and, on Pro, run email and SMS campaigns to bring people back.

Does Orbis Table charge commission or per-cover fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription from £9 to £49, however many covers you take.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. Guest data is never shared with other venues or marketed to, and you can export it whenever you like, in line with UK GDPR.
Can I still appear on Google?
Yes. Add your Orbis Table booking link to your Google Business Profile, website and social media so guests book directly with you.
What are the only extra costs?
Optional SMS messages from 5p each and card processing on deposits at 2.5% + 20p per transaction.
