Pub booking system
A pub booking system for tables and walk-ins.
Sunday lunch booked out, a bar full of people who just turned up and a party of fourteen asking about Christmas. Orbis Table lets your pub run booked tables, walk-ins and big groups from one simple diary.

Bookings and walk-ins on the same floor
A good pub runs on both. Set up the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden as separate areas, keep some tables back for walk-ins, and seat people straight from the floor plan when they arrive.
On busy nights the waitlist keeps a fair queue and texts the next party when a table frees up, so nobody is turned away who didn’t need to be.
- Separate areas for the dining room, bar and beer garden
- Walk-in queue with automatic text offers
- Deposits for large groups, Sunday lunch and Christmas
- Simple enough for every member of the bar team
Protect the bookings that matter most
Take a card deposit on big tables and seasonal menus through Stripe, and let reminders do the chasing. Guests can change or cancel from the link in their reminder, so the table goes back on sale instead of sitting empty.
Your guest list builds itself as people book, with allergies and notes your team can see next time they come in.
Features you’ll use most
Pubs usually start on Standard (£29 a month) for the floor plan, waitlist, deposits and SMS reminders. Compare plans and prices
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I take bookings and walk-ins at the same time?
Yes. Walk-ins go straight into the diary from the floor plan, and the waitlist manages the queue on busy nights, offering freed-up tables by text.
Can I take deposits for Sunday lunch or Christmas parties?
Yes. On Standard and above you can require a card deposit for chosen dates, services or party sizes, taken through Stripe at 2.5% + 20p per transaction.
Can I split the pub into areas?
Yes. Set up rooms and areas such as the dining room, bar and beer garden, each with its own tables on the floor plan.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and Standard, Premium and Pro come with a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
