Hotel restaurant booking
A booking system for hotel restaurants.
Residents who expect a table and locals you want coming back. Orbis Table gives hotel restaurants one view of every service, from breakfast to dinner, with notes so the team knows who is staying in the hotel.

Every service, with its own rules
Run breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as separate services, each with its own hours, durations, capacity and party sizes. On Premium and Pro, pacing spreads arrivals so the kitchen is never overwhelmed.
Tag resident bookings and add room notes, so the restaurant team can greet guests properly and the front desk can see who has a table booked.
- Separate services for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
- Guest tags and notes for residents
- Private dining and event enquiries in one pipeline
- Reports across every service
Private dining and events without the spreadsheet
On Pro, private hire enquiries are tracked from first contact to confirmed event, then dropped straight into the diary. 360° guest profiles show visits, spend and preferences across every stay and every booking.
Features you’ll use most
Hotels typically choose Pro (£49 a month) for unlimited services, private hire and 360° guest profiles. Compare plans and prices
