Marketplaces take a cut of every booking. Orbis Table is a flat monthly subscription, however busy you get. The only usage-based costs are optional SMS messages and card processing on deposits.

Straight answers
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Standard, Premium and Pro all come with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start. Basic is available from £9/month.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How much does SMS cost?
SMS is available from 5p per message and can be used for confirmations, reminders and marketing campaigns depending on your plan.
What are the card processing fees?
Deposits and prepayments are taken via Stripe at 2.5% + 20p per transaction on Standard, Premium and Pro.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
Do you charge commission?
Never. You pay a flat monthly price for your plan, however many covers you take. The only usage-based costs are optional SMS messages and card processing on deposits.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account.
